Return & Exchange Policy

At Kora Textiles, customer satisfaction and trust are important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you experience an issue with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process clear and convenient.

Domestic Orders — Pakistan

Products purchased directly from our official website, Kora Textiles, may be eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise problematic product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel so our team can review the issue promptly.

Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, exchange requests are normally processed within 7–10 working days.

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange, the product should be:

  • Unused, unwashed and unstitched
  • In its original and saleable condition
  • Returned with original tags, labels and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or order-confirmation details

Kora Textiles reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving an exchange.

When an Exchange May Not Be Accepted

An exchange may be declined if the request is submitted after the applicable policy period; the fabric has been used, washed, stitched, cut, damaged, altered or tampered with; original packaging, tags or other supplied items are missing; or the item was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller.

Minor differences in color caused by screen settings, photography, lighting, or display calibration should not automatically be considered a product defect.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

For faster verification, we may request your order number and clear photographs or video of the parcel, packaging and product.

Please retain the original packaging until your complaint has been reviewed.

International Orders

At present, regular returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.

If an international customer receives an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our support team promptly. Each genuine case will be reviewed individually.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds, where applicable under our policy, will normally be returned through the original or mutually agreed payment method.

A refund may apply where an order is cancelled before processing, an ordered item becomes unavailable, or a product fails our quality-control process before dispatch.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment method or financial institution.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided processing, cutting, packing or dispatch has not already begun.

After this period, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Kora Textiles may also cancel an order because of stock availability, payment problems, pricing errors, incorrect order information, or quality-control issues. Where an eligible prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Return Shipping

Customers should contact Kora Textiles before sending any product back.

Please do not return a parcel without first receiving instructions from our support team. Return/exchange shipping responsibility will depend on the reason for the return. Where an incorrect or defective item is verified as an error from our side, our team will provide the appropriate resolution.
