📦 Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

All products purchased from www.koratextiles.pk are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery by submitting a Complaint/Inquiry Form.

Exchange processing time: 7–10 working days

✅ Exchange Eligibility Criteria:

Your product must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and in saleable condition

Original tags, labels, and packaging intact

Must include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)

❌ Exchange Will NOT Be Accepted If:

Request is made after 30 days

Product is used, damaged, or tampered

Missing items (tags, invoice, packaging, etc.)

Claims related to extra fabric or embellishments not mentioned on website

Product purchased from unauthorized sellers

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

Fragrances & Jewelry

Boxers/Shorts (due to hygiene reasons)

Note: Boxers are delivered in assorted colors & designs

🌍 International Orders

Currently, exchange/return is not available for international orders.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please:

Submit a Complaint/Inquiry Form OR

⚠️ Complaints will only be entertained if the parcel is received in original packaging

We do not offer cash refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Order is cancelled before shipment processing

Item is out of stock or defective during quality checkRefunds (for card payments only) are processed within 14 working days

Out of stock items
