Please return the product along with a copy of the original invoice and clearly mention the reason for return.

Items must be sent through a traceable courier service or registered post at the customer’s own expense.

In case of an exchange, an exchange voucher equal to the item’s invoice value will be issued.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
